Maultsby Model and Talent Agency was established in l988 in Wilmington, North Carolina. Maultsby represents talent from coast to coast. Maultsby's expertise includes booking talent for Film, Televison, Commercials, Industrials, Video, Print, Runway, Promotions and Special Events,. Maultsby represents every age from children to grandparents.  

 

Early in life, Patty Whitt Strader began training actors, dancers, and models for film, television, commercials and print. From those years of coaching, The Talent Source Training Center began. In 1988, a top Wilmington casting Director contacted Patty and asked her if she would be willing to not only train her actors, but represent them. Patty selected her top actors and models from The Talent Source Training Center, offered them a contract and there began Maultsby Model and Talent Agency.

 

Today, The Talent Source Training Center has highly qualified instructors to train actors and models from all walks of life. Patty now concentrates on running the two businesses, incorporated as Talent Group Inc which has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.  Patty has been blessed with incredible booking agents, executive directors, assistants, interns and a wonderful, supportive husband, who makes sure everything runs smoothly. Patty thanks ALL actors, models, casting directors, clients and her wonderful family for their continued support and dedication.

About The Owner

 

The President of Maultsby Talent Agency is Patty Whitt Strader. Patty is a former Miss Wilmington, Azalea Festival Hostess,dancer, actor, and model. She studied business and drama at UNC-Chapel Hill, trained and taught dance, acting and modeling and is successful in placing actors and models in every facet of the business- from film and television, to print.
